Peacock chairs of my dreams, here I am! This week I attended Tillamook's opening event at The Canopy Room at Bow Market to celebrate their arrival in Boston. My favorite part of the event was the bohemian ice cream sundae bar, but if savory snacks are more your thing, here's a recipe from the event to make your own homemade pizzas.
Cheese Pizza Recipe
8.5 ounces pizza dough
3 ounces of your favorite sauce
.75 ounces of Tillamook Shredded Sharp Cheddar
2.75 ounces of Tillamook Shredded Mozzarella
Roll out pizza dough into a 10” pizza pan. Next add sauce all the way to the edge of the pan. Top with shredded cheeses.
Bake at 600 degrees for approximately 8 minutes, or until the edges appear burnt.
